Cavity wall / crawling space inspection

It could happen all the time, out of the blue a big moisturized spot on the wall. Most of the time the cause is a wall tie in contact with the outside layer. Because this moisture could come from all over the place, it’s hard to locate the construction failure.

We are able to take a look at the inside of the wall, by using an endoscope. Through small holes we can enter the construction. After inspecting, large and expensive reparations won’t have to be carried out.

By using the same technique, we can take a look into inaccessible crawling spaces, searching for a leak, damage on the construction or the physical condition of pipelines and shafts.

In the same way we can determine if the sand layer under a cellar floor didn’t gave way. Because of the used method the damage will again be limited and easy to repair.
